Nicotinamide riboside chloride 500 mg, trans-resveratrol 150 mg, quercetin 50 mg, fenugreek galactomannans 10 mg per 2 capsules.

As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules once a day. For best results, take 20-30 min before a meal with an 8 fl oz. glass of water or as directed by your healthcare professional.
