1. Acceptance
By placing an order you agree to these Terms of Sale, our Privacy Policy and our Shipping & Returns policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to order. Some products may not be shipped to every state; checkout will tell you if an item in your cart cannot ship to your address.
3. Product Use
Read the full label, directions and warnings before use. Our products are dietary supplements and cosmetics. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and statements about them have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Consult your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.
4. Orders and Pricing
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Multi-buy savings apply automatically in the cart. We may correct pricing errors and may cancel any order, including after confirmation, with a full refund of any amount paid.
5. Payment
Orders paid by secure link are reserved while payment is pending. If payment is not received within 7 days, the order may be cancelled. Orders ship after payment clears.
6. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the package. See Shipping & Returns.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
