We ship to addresses in the United States. Orders leave our fulfillment center within 1 to 2 business days, and you receive tracking by email when your label is created.
New York law requires age verification for weight-management and muscle-building supplements sold online, so those products cannot ship to New York addresses yet. Checkout will tell you if your order includes one.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
Email hello@cleanchainsupplements.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item at no charge.
Returns
Because supplements are consumable, we cannot accept returns of delivered products. Orders cancelled before they ship are refunded in full.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your package shows delivered but did not arrive, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
